Our Story

From the Beach
to Your Shelf

This summer at Fripp Island we couldn't stop collecting — shells, sand dollars, and little bits of driftwood. Our buckets were SO full that we decided to give every piece a new life.

We rinse and dry each shell, then paint them with bright colors and tiny details — rainbows, night skies, polka dots, even hearts. Some become earrings and bracelets with beads and real cowrie shells. We even bottled up a bit of Fripp Island sand in little jars. 🫙

We hunt the Fripp Island shoreline for the prettiest shells, sand dollars, and driftwood.

Wash & Dry

Every shell gets a good rinse and a few days drying in the sun until it's nice and clean.

The fun part! Tiny brushes, bright paint, beads, and lots and lots of imagination.

We seal each piece so it lasts, and it's officially a Sandy Sisters original.

We sell to friends and neighbors around the neighborhood. Email a parent to claim a treasure (first come, first shell!), then pay easily with Venmo. We can deliver close by or you can pick it up.
